At Ghar Sazz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
