Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most cities across Pakistan.

Our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Ghar Sazz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, Ghar Sazz ships within Pakistan only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
